Modified on Fri, Jun 9, 2023 at 9:24 AM

If this is the first email account on your iPhone, tap Mail. Otherwise, tap Settings > Mail> Accounts > Add Account.

If this is a replacement for your email account, which has been migrated to Microsoft 365 by AppSolute, please select your account, scroll down, and click Remove Account before proceeding.

1. Open your iPhone or iPad's Settings.

2. Tap Mail > Accounts. (Depending on your iOS version, tap Passwords & Accounts.)

In Mail, tap Accounts

3. Tap Add Account.

In Mail, tap Accounts
4. Tap Microsoft Exchange.

Tap Microsoft Exchange from the menu

5. Enter your Email and a short Description (like your company's name or email type), and then tap Next.

7. Enter your Password and tap Sign In. (You might need to select your account type as Work or school, not Personal, to continue.)

Enter email password and sign in

8. If your company has been enabled for multi-factor authentication (MFA), verify your account with the Duo app or set up the Authenticator app.

9. Tap Next. You might be asked to select Consent on behalf of your organization. This allows Microsoft 365 and the Mail app to work together. Tap Accept.

10. Tap Save. You can come back and update settings here at any point.

Review settings and tap save

11. That's it! You'll see your Microsoft 365 account under Accounts.
