Pre-requisites:
1) Activation: You will need to have the Duo Mobile app activated on your cell phone prior to attempting the VPN and your cell phone nearby.
2) Notifications: When you installed the Duo Mobile app, if you did not select to allow notifications, you will need to Open the Duo Mobile app prior to connecting to the VPN to validate your sign-in request (Step 4 below).
Instructions:
1) Just as you normally would, open your Global VPN Client
2) Click on Enable to connect to the Company VPN
3) If prompted, enter your username and password, and click OK.
4) Duo will send a Push Notification to your mobile device; you will select Allow if you to sign in and Deny if you did not expect this sign-in attempt.

Note: If you receive a sign in attempt that you did not recognize, contact IT immediately at netsupport@appsolute.com.
5) You will then be connected.
