CDM - Folders and files are not visible

If user has access to SharePoint library but the folders are not visible in CDM, do the following:

  • Quit Cloud Drive Mapper.
  • go to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\IAM Cloud.
  • Delete folder Cloud Drive Mapper.
  • Start CDM.
